Personal Care & Daily Living

Support with personal care, hygiene, and everyday activities to help participants live with dignity and independence — including high-intensity personal activities for those with complex needs.

Accommodation & Shared Living

Assistance with accommodation and tenancy, as well as daily support in shared living environments, so every participant feels genuinely at home.

Travel & Transport Support

Support to help participants travel to appointments, social activities, and community events, building independence and connection to the wider community.

Community Nursing Care

Qualified nursing support delivered in the community, including medication management, by experienced nurses who understand the nuances of complex care needs.

Life Skills & Transitions

Capacity-building support to develop everyday living skills and navigate key life transitions, from school to work, or from home to supported living.

Community Participation

Support to access social, recreational, and cultural activities, including innovative community programs and group or centre-based activities.

Household Tasks

Practical in-home assistance with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks, so participants can maintain a comfortable, well-managed home.

Positive Behaviour Support

Implementation of positive behaviour support plans by trained staff, focused on improving quality of life and reducing behaviours of concern in a respectful, person-centred way.

Support Coordination

Specialist support coordination to help participants understand their NDIS plan, connect with the right services, and build capacity to manage their own supports over time.
